INTRO PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE
If you are still using your DSL camera on Auto, then this is the course for you! The course has been designed to give you a complete understanding of your camera, its functions and to provide you with the foundation principles of creative photography. Class sizes are kept small with a maximum of 6 people to ensure individual attention when needed from me, your professional photographer.
The course structure is light on theory and is very practice based. I believe in a teach-then-do philosophy, which will have you using your camera every class and shooting in manual mode in no time. It gives me great satisfaction teaching photography to people of all levels, and simplifying photography to help people explore the world of creative photography.
The techniques I teach are my own personally developed pro techniques not taught anywhere else and are the same ones I still use on each professional shoot. You won't find this teaching on Google, Youtube or at other teaching schools. Introduction to Digital Photography workshop runs monthly & all you need to do this course is your camera and a lens.

STUDIO LIGHTING
Studio lighting is a specialty field & takes many years to master. In this course I show you the main different lighting techniques to give you the knowledge & skills to start shooting beautifully lit images straight away!
These one-to-one sessions will be tailored to your specific lighting needs. This is an opportunity to learn world class lighting techniques from a real pro with over 30 years of photography knowledge & skills.
I will take you through how to approach shooting a particular subject in terms of:

LIGHTROOM/PHOTOSHOP ESSENTIALS
This course takes you on a comprehensive journey through Adobe Lightroom, from capture to output, whilst exploring the practical and creative functionality of the industry standard photo editing software. If you want to make the most of your shots and manipulate them into something amazing, this Adobe Lightroom course covers all the bases.
Through a series of practical 'hands on' exercises, training and informal discussions, we cover a broad range of topics to streamline your process and make your editing workflow easier.
You will learn how to download and import your images into the Adobe Lightroom software, then organise and manage a number of photo collections. This will make searching individual images from several thousand easy and quick through keyword allocation.
